for Children
Children
praying for peace in their own families and in all the families
of the world!
The Most Holy Virgin in these last times
in which we live has given a new efficacy
to the recitation of the Rosary
to such an extent that there is no problem,
no matter how difficult it is,
whether temporal or above all spiritual,
in the personal life of each one of us, of our families...
that cannot be solved by the Most Holy Rosary.
There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it
is,
that we cannot resolve
by the prayer of the Holy Rosary.

At
Fatima Our Lady said "Continue to pray your rosary every
day to obtain peace in the world."
While
children meditate on the mysteries of the World Mission Rosary,
it also gives parents and teachers an opportunity to stretch
the imaginations of children, as they cross spiritual borders.
and they unite in a missionary spirit with other children
throughout the world to pray for their own family and all
the families of every continent of the world.
School time is a good time to pray the rosary for families.
In a "Christmas Letter to the World's Children"
in 1992, John Paul II entrusted the mission of praying for
families to the prayers of the children of the world.
The World Mission Rosary for Families is one prayerful way
for them to accomplish their entrusted mission.
Green
- For the families of the great continent of Africa that they
may grow in hope.
Red
- For the families of the Americas that they may grow in their
love for God, and for one another as a family.
Yellow - For the families of the continent of Asia, that they
may grow in Holiness, in their own families and all the families
of the world.
Blue
- For the families of the continent of Oceania and all the
families of the world, that they may grow in love for the
Immaculate Heart of Mary.
White
- For the families of Europe and all families to grow in their
love for God and the virtue of purity of mind, body and soul.
It
is beautiful and fruitful to entrust to this prayer the growth
and development of children... To pray the Rosary for children,
and even more, with children, training them from their earliest
years to experience this daily pause for prayer with the family.
